Prior to starting Build Technics in 2011, Directors Dennis Burton and Anita Leo have combined 25 years of experience working on commercial construction projects including construction of shopping centers, large office building, schools and other larger commercial building projects in the range of $1M to $100M throughout Melbourne. This has proved invaluable when performing maintenance work or inspecting buildings for building issues as we can use our considerable experience across many kinds of sites to identify any substandard building conditions, trace and correct leaks and perform remedial works to prevent further deterioration or safety issues. Very few smaller building or maintenance contractors in our field would have the depth of experience and knowledge that we are able to offer our clients.

We offer our services to Commercial Property Managers, Property Groups and Commercial Building Owners/Landlords for Office, Retail and Industrial Assets in the Melbourne area. Our principal objective is to establish a relationship and then build on that relationship through trust, quality workmanship and value for money. This has served us well as almost exclusively our work is from repeat clients or referrals from repeat clients. We successfully count some the of largest international commercial property management firms as our valued clients.
